Is my payment information safe?
Yes. The portal uses bank-grade SSL encryption. Your card or bank information is never stored on THA's servers — transactions are processed through a certified, secure payment system.
What payment methods are accepted?
The portal accepts debit cards, credit cards, and bank account (ACH/checking) transfers. A small convenience fee may apply depending on payment method — check the portal for details.
How do I get my tenant ID to register?
Your tenant ID is on your lease agreement or any THA correspondence. If you can't find it, call us at (334) 727-1000 and we'll look it up for you.
When will my payment show up?
Your payment is recorded in THA's system immediately. For ACH/bank transfers, allow 1–2 business days for the funds to fully clear. Card payments are near-instant.
I've been paying through my bank. Do I need to change anything?
Yes. THA is transitioning to the new portal. Please set up your account and make future payments through the resident portal. Call us if you need help making the switch.
What if I have a problem with my payment?
Call our office immediately at (334) 727-1000. Keep your confirmation number handy so we can look up your transaction quickly and resolve any issues.
